when I used to put a dvd in the dvd-rw drive, an option used to come up to burn dvd, play etc. But now its shows as dvd-rw in my computer, but this then changes to cd-drive when a blank dvd disc is inserted. Also options shown are for a cd, not dvd. However, if I ignore that and go straight in to nero 6, I can burn a dvd. I'd still like to fix error though. Any ideas please??

Mine did this, my drive no longer writes DVD+RW discs even with Nero6.
