Why Every Year... TV Networks are previewing their new shows in TV Guides...?

... and every year most of the new shows consist of an all White Cast, with the token 1 or 2 Black or Hispanic people.

Why doesn't Hollywood Exec.'s hire a balanced mixture of different ethnic Actors? Are they out of touch with todays society %26amp; their targeted audience?

I for one am tired of shows that either have mostly an all white Cast or Shows that segregate into all White, all Black or all Hispanic %26amp; don't show a nice mixture that reflects ALL ethnic groups including those you rarely see other than those 3. Is it because the Shows that are out, esp. for this fall season are always situated in rich white American suburbs?

See... this is why I can't wait for the Tyler Perry movies to come out. They have all Black casts and powerful subject matter. They are not made for television though. All he has on tv is.. House Of Payne on TBS.

I love his plays and movies. He and Spike Lee just don't know how refreshing it is to the Black public to watch a movie where we are seen as real people... not pimps, whores, and thugs. People of color are beautiful and need to be seen in a better light. It's time for the stereotypes to end... I'm with you sista!
