i'm sure that you could find tons of them on ebay. Since inuyasha is a popular anime on adult swim.
You're saying that you want the Manga right? Then you should try ebay or maybe download them via torrent. For the torrent method you will need a bittorrent client such as Utorrent. Then searh for the manga. ( I use torrentspy) If it's there, download it. Then open the file with the client.
Sorry, there is no anime after 167. They ended it before the manga ended, just like many other series by Rumiko Takahashi.
The manga is still being written and released weekly, though.
